Psalm 32:1-2 - A Meditation

"Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven,
    whose sin is covered.
Blessed is the man against whom the Lord counts no iniquity,
and in whose spirit there is no deceit."

Father,
Thank You
For chasing me down
With Your Word.

You have been with me
Since before I was born.
You have watched over me,
And protected me,
And gotten me out of scrapes
More times than I can count.
"Why?" I have often wondered.

As the Psalmist prays,
I ask You, Father,
To remember me in Your Mercy
For all the days of my life.

Praise to You,
Most Holy and Wonderful God!
Grant that I may testify of
Your kindness to me
To all whom I meet,
In both this life
And the next!
